College Visit Requests
*Seniors are allowed two college visits during the school year that will not be counted toward the student’s eight day limit per semester.
*Juniors will be allowed one college visit per year that will not be counted toward their eight day limit per semester.
*Students and their families are responsible for arranging the college visit on their own to coincide with their own schedules.
*Be sure to contact the college's admission office to set up an appointment for a campus tour to get the most out of your college visit.
*Once the student has scheduled a visit; the student must complete a College Visit Request Form and return it to the main office one week prior to the visit. (Form is located in the FORMS section of this Counseling website)
IMPORTANT**
The parent/guardian must call the school office to report the student’s reason for absence as being a college visit on the day before or on the day of the college visit.
