1. Today’s lunch is Cheesy Nachos.
   
   
2. Spirit Week is this week.  Today is Twin Day.  Students and Teachers can earn points by participating daily.  The winning homeroom in each grade will earn a pizza party!
   
   
3. Attention 7th and 8th Grades:  McCormick Jr. Honor Society is sponsoring The September Celebration Dance today from 2:30-4:30.  Tickets will be sold today during lunches for $5.
   
   
4. If you are going on the St. Peter retreat, a permission slip needs to be turned into the office so the absence will be excused.
   
   
5. McCormick Students are polite. McCormick Students always say thank you when they are given something or someone else does something for you. You should always show others that you appreciate what they do for you. Whether it is when you are handed a cookie in the lunch line, or if someone holds the door for you, you should always say thank you.
   
   
6. In order to achieve your goals you need to be here each day and work hard.  Students that have good attendance during the first quarter will be entered into drawings for some Stay in the Game swag.  Come to school each day and Stay in the Game. 

7. Interims Grades go home next Friday. Make sure you are getting your work done so that your parents have a good report on how you are doing. If your grades are low, get with your teachers and ask for some help.  That is all part of working and growing to be the best student you can be.
