  1. Today’s lunch is: French Toast


  1. This is again another reminder:  Please remember to charge your chromebook every night.  Please remember to bring your charged chromebook and charger to school everyday.  Do not borrow from others and do not leave chargers/chromebooks in classrooms.


  1. Reminder to all students:  If you are not at school by 8:00am, or if you are absent for the day, you can not participate in after school activities unless you were physically at the doctor/dentist and have a medical excuse stating that.


  1. If you are in track or the musical, do not leave the classroom at the end of the day until the 2:25pm bell to go to practice.


  1. The McCormick Junior Honor Society induction ceremony is in the auditorium at 6:00pm tonight.


  1. ROX will meet tomorrow during 1st period. 


  1. Parent-Teacher Conferences are tomorrow evening from 3:00-6:00pm.


  1. There is a cheerleading tryout parent and student informational meeting tomorrow at 6:00pm, in the High School Gym.  Tryouts will be March 10, from 6:30-8:00pm, in the High School Gym.


  1. STEAM Club will meet this Friday in Mr. Haplea’s room.


  1. Track Uniforms must be ordered and received by Tuesday, March 11, which is picture day.


  1. Third Quarter ends Friday, March 14.  Make sure to check your grades and with your teachers to make sure assignments are turned in.  Grade cards will be distributed on Friday, March 28.


  1. Spring Break is March 17 - March 21.  If you plan to take extra time off during spring break, a vacation form must be completed and turned in so Mr. Doughty can approve the absence.


  1. It is time to order your yearbook!  The 2024/2025 McCormick Middle School yearbooks can be ordered online at ybpay.com using code 14845925.  The deadline to order a yearbook is April 10, 2025.  Yearbook order forms have also been handed out to students.


   14. McCormick Students show respect to adults. They always respond to adults by saying things like “yes ma’am” or “no sir.” Just nodding           your head or saying any other form of yes or no is not acceptable.
