April 4th, 2025
1. Today’s lunch is bacon cheeseburgers and a potato bar.
2. TLC's pop tab tourney is officially underway. Check out the bracket in the cafeteria to see what class your 5th period is up against for the week. Round one ends today, April 4th. The winning 5th period class will win a Dominos lunch.
3. Tickets for High School Musical will be available for purchase today during lunch. The show will run from today until Sunday, with performances today and Saturday at 7:00 pm, and Sunday at 2:00 pm. Tickets are $10.
4. Course request forms are due in the counseling office. If you haven’t turned yours in, please submit it to the counseling office ASAP.
5. Any seniors who are participating in collegiate athletics need to stop by and talk with Mr. Ayers in his office.
6. As a reminder, if you come down to the office to borrow a chromebook or a charger, please remember to bring your cellphone with you to leave in exchange.
7. Are you interested in photography? The Friends of Old Womens Creek is holding a PHOTO CONTEST. Students may enter up to 3 photos. There are 2 high school age groups. Ages 13-17 and 18 and up. There are ribbons and cash prize and your work will be displayed. Anyone interested may submit a photo jpg online to [email protected] by Aug 24th.
8. This week’s student of the week is Lailah Tomasic. She is a determined student who has been able to score at the top of her class on assessments and complete her work to the best of her ability, while also being a part of Chorale and multiple extra curricular activities. Her commitment to her education is displayed in her time management skills and dedication to her work. Keep it up Lailah, your behavior is admirable.
9. Attention Students: Just a quick reminder: Cars parked in staff spots will be called down from classes to move their vehicles. Staff parking is for faculty and staff ONLY, so please avoid parking in those spaces. Thank you for your understanding!

Mitchell Miles, Luca Macioce, and Denver Wells are celebrating their birthdays today and Austin Sas, Jenna Cox, and Cohen Nemitz will be celebrating their birthdays over the weekend. If you run into them in the halls or in class, be sure to wish them a very Happy Birthday!
