Please check the lost and found in front of the auditorium for missing items. Lunch boxes, water bottles, clothes, school supplies
Attention Student Council members, there will be a meeting on Tuesday during 8th grade lunch. Please bring your chromebook with you.
Reminders:
The only students that should be leaving their classroom at 2:20 are those students that are getting on the bus to go home. Students not riding the bus are not to be out of their classroom until the 2:25 bell rings. This includes going to their locker, the restroom or getting a drink. You will need to wait until the 2:25 bell to do that.
If you are not at school by 8:00am, or if you are absent for the day, you can not participate in after school activities unless you were physically at the doctor/dentist and have a medical excuse stating that.
Football lifting for 8th graders begins tonight at 7PM at the high school weight room.
Grade cards will be distributed on Friday. Make sure your fees are paid so your grade card is not withheld.
8th graders - Your signed course request forms are due to Mr. Schoenherr by Tuesday. Find that blue form, select your 9th grade classes, get your parent or guardian to sign the bottom and turn it in. Mrs. Scherley will be at McCormick today or tomorrow to help those who were absent and answer questions.
Track Uniforms must be ordered and received by Tuesday, which is picture day.
If you are planning to take CCP classes for this summer or next school year, you need to turn in your CCP Letter by April 1st. Forms are available on our website under High School Counseling.
It is time to order your yearbook! The 2024/2025 McCormick Middle School yearbooks can be ordered online at ybpay.com using code 14845925. The deadline to order a yearbook is April 10, 2025. Yearbook order forms have also been handed out to students.
McCormick students respect others not only in their speech but also their actions. Students need to realize that their actions can show disrespect as well. When students tsk another person, roll their eyes, or smack their lips these are all signs of disrespect. Gestures like these are a sign of disrespect and a bad attitude. Let’s stay positive, and show respect at all times.
