  1. Today’s lunch is Mac & Cheese.


  1. Reminders Again:  If you need to borrow a charger or chromebook, come to the office.  Do not borrow from other students.  Do not leave your chargers in classrooms.  Cell phones are to be left in your lockers.


  1. Basketball players - reminder that your jerseys are to be washed and turned in.


  1. All Yearbook staff should report to Mr. Maleski’s room during lunch.


  1. There will be a Student Council Meeting today, during 8th grade lunch. All members should attend.


  1. ROX will meet this week on Thursday during 7th period.  ROX Leadership will meet this Thursday during 2nd period.


  1. Sources of Strength Peer Leaders will meet on Thursday during choir/band/WIN periods. 8th grade peer leaders will meet during 4th period in Mr. Schoenherr's room. 7th grade peer leaders will meet during 6th period in Mr. Maleski's room.  6th graders will meet during 5th period in Mrs. LaCrosse's room.


  1. Interim grades will be handed out on Thursday, February 13.


  1. There is no school on Friday, February 14 and Monday, February 17.


  1. There will be a brief meeting on Thursday, February 20th, at 1:00pm for any 8th grader interested in playing football next year.  Please wait to be called down.


  1. Parent-Teacher conferences are on Thursday, February 20, from 3:00-6:00pm and on Thursday, February 27, from 3:00-7:00pm.  Parents received an email through Final Forms from Mr. Doughty with a link to sign up for conferences.  The sign up scheduler can also be found on our website.


  1. It is time to order your yearbook!  The 2024/2025 McCormick Middle School yearbooks can be ordered online at ybpay.com using code 14845925.  The deadline to order a yearbook is April 10, 2025.  Yearbook order forms have also been handed out to students.


  1. McCormick Students show respect to adults. They always respond to adults by saying things like “yes ma’am” or “no sir.” Just nodding your head or saying any other form of yes or no is not acceptable.
