February 11th, 2025
1. Today’s lunch is bosco sticks, sweet potato fries, green beans, honey grahams and a fresh salad bar.
2. If you signed up to volunteer at Woodlands Elementary for Family Game Night, please be there by 6pm tonight.
3. On Wednesday, tomorrow we will be celebrating Valentine’s Day. Wear red white or pink! Student council will be around to classes 1st period to hand out Valentine’s Day hearts. If you do not have a 1st period stop by the main office to find your heart a student council member will have it for you!
4. Attention all girls interested in joining the softball team! The first practice will be held on Monday, February 17th at 2:00pm. Practice will take place in the gymnasium at Woodlands Elementary. Make sure to bring you athletic gear and be ready for a fun and
exciting season ahead! We can’t wait to see you there.
5. Graduation is soon approaching and Mrs. Studer needs to make sure that your name is correct on your diploma. If you have not turned in the Graduation form that was mailed out in January, please stop by the office and grab one. These need to be turned in ASAP, or at the very least by next Wednesday, February 19th.
6. TLC’s Huron Hobby Hop will be taking place this Thursday, Feb. 13 during the last two hours of the school day. Our school will be running on a shortened class schedule that day. If you are here for 8th period, you are required to be in attendance for the Hobby Hop. If you are not here during 8th period, you are welcome to join us.
Session rosters have been posted in the cafeteria and near the office. Each student has been assigned to four different topics, one for each session time. Find your name in the rosters that are posted, and jot down or take a picture of the location and time of each of your sessions! If you cannot find your name, it may be misspelled, so look for something that could pass as your name! We had some problems with the transfer of handwritten names to a google doc. If you have any questions, please see Mrs. Lee, Joslyn Dete, or Julia Brown.
*In case of any weather issues for this Thursday, the makeup date for the Hobby Hop will be Thursday, Feb 20th.
