Congratulations to the girls basketball teams. 7th grade beat Willard 40-18 last night finishing the season with a 12-3 record and the 1 seed in the tournament. 8th grade beat Willard 42-14 last night finishing the season with a 10-5 record and the 2nd seed in the tournament. Good job girls!
Attention all students and staff, Student Council will be taking carnation orders today during all 3 lunches. The cost for a carnation is $2 and carnations will be delivered on February 13, since we do not have school on February 14.
6th grade Dare Graduation is today at 9:30.

It is time to order your yearbook! The 2024/2025 McCormick Middle School yearbooks can be ordered online at ybpay.com using code 14845925. The deadline to order a yearbook is April 10, 2025. Yearbook order forms have also been handed out to students.
Students if you are asked a question in conversation, it is only polite to ask a question in return. McCormick Students are polite and show others that they are just as interested in them as they are in you.
Continue to showcase those soft skills that employers are looking for. In doing so you can earn a ticket for the 3rd quarter drawing. 2nd quarter we gave away 40 gift cards. There may be even more in the 3rd quarter.
9. We are finding chewed gum in places other than the trash can. Students are reminded that gum is not to be chewed during the school day. Discipline will be issued.
