  1. Today’s lunch is: Pizza


  1. There is no track practice today.


  1. Reminders:  Please remember to charge your chromebook every night.  Bring your charged chromebook and charger to school everyday.  Do not borrow from others and do not leave chargers/chromebooks in classrooms.

          Do not leave for after school activities until the 2:25 bell.


  1. Reminder to all students:  If you are not at school by 8:00am, or if you are absent for the day, you can not participate in after school activities unless you were physically at the doctor/dentist and have a medical excuse stating that.


  1. STEAM Club will meet today in Mr. Haplea’s room.


  1. Cheer Tryout packets are available in the office.  Incoming 7th and 8th grade cheer clinic/tryouts are on Monday, March 10.  Incoming 9th grade cheer clinic is March 10th and tryouts are March 11th.


  1. Track Uniforms must be ordered and received by Tuesday, March 11, which is picture day.


  1. Third Quarter ends Friday, March 14.  Make sure to check your grades and check with your teachers to make sure assignments are turned in.  Grade cards will be distributed on Friday, March 28.


  1. Spring Break is March 17 - March 21.  If you plan to take extra time off during spring break, a vacation form must be completed and turned in so Mr. Doughty can approve the absence.


  1. If you are planning to take CCP classes for this summer or next school year, you need to turn in your CCP Letter by April 1st.  Forms are available on our website under High School Counseling.


  1. It is time to order your yearbook!  The 2024/2025 McCormick Middle School yearbooks can be ordered online at ybpay.com using code 14845925.  The deadline to order a yearbook is April 10, 2025.  Yearbook order forms have also been handed out to students.


   12. McCormick students respect their educational environment. They make sure if they see a mess or trash laying around, they do their       part by helping to pick or clean it up. Whether in the cafeteria, restroom, hallway or classroom do your part and help to keep our McCormick       home neat and orderly to support our learning environment.
