Announcements

Friday, April 11th, 2025

1. Today’s lunch is assorted pizzas and the fresh salad bar.

2. Track students that are being dismissed early today for their meet at Perkins should wait until after Principal’s Lamb’s announcement to be dismissed from their classrooms.

3. Attention seniors: Please check your google classroom and complete the posted senior survey.  Responses are due no later than May 9th. You must complete the survey in order to be cleared for graduation. If you have any questions, stop in the counseling office for help. Thank you!

4. In order to help solve the parking issue, we are asking all Sophomores park in the lot to the right of the light pole along the stadium.

5. Students who plan on taking a BGSU CCP class (not at Huron High School) in the fall of 2025: Please check your google classroom to schedule an appointment on either Thursday or Friday this week with Jennifer Buening, our CCP advisor from BGSU Firelands. If possible, please schedule your meeting during study hall or WIN time. ONLY STUDENTS THAT HAVE APPLIED, BEEN ACCEPTED, AND SET UP THEIR BGSU ACCOUNTS MAY SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS. If you have any questions, please reach out to the counseling office.

6. Any senior applying for the student council scholarship applications are due today.

7. This week’s student of the week is Grace Tang. Grace is such a hard-working, diligent student. She is always focused on her work, balancing cheer and academics well. Her teachers can tell that Grace has high expectations for herself. Work ethic and self-motivation are so important to success; Grace has both, with a smile on her face, making her a wonderful student and a pleasure to have in class. Magnificent job, Grace.
