Hey ROX girls! We will have our first meeting for all ROX groups this Thursday, Oct. 24. For all ROX groups, check in with your teacher first and then meet in the counseling office, Room 105. If you are in Group A, we will meet during 1st period. If you are in Group B we will meet during 3rd period. ROX Leadership will meet during 2nd period.
BROX groups will meet this Friday, Oct. 25. Remember to check in with your teachers. 8th grade BROX will meet during 4th period. 7th grade BROX will meet during 5th period.
Sources of Strength Peer Leaders will meet today, Wednesday, Oct. 23. Please check in with your teacher and then report to the Peer Leader meeting. 8th grade peer leaders will meet during 4th period in Mr. Schoenherr's room. 7th grade peer leaders will meet during 6th period in Mr. Maleski's room.
McCormick Jr. Honor Society members, please check google classroom for the updated tutoring calendar as we are in need of tutors for 2nd quarter.
6th, 7th, and 8th grade academic challenge members, there will be a short meeting after school today to talk about this year's competition -this meeting will be over by 3 pm. Please attend if you are able.

Wrestling open mats start Tuesday October 29th at 5:30 in the off season room at the high school.
Tryouts for 7th and 8th grade girls basketball will be held at Woodlands on October 25th, 28th and 29th from 3:30pm-5pm. Please make sure you have a physical on file.
McCormick students respect others not only in their speech but also their actions. Students need to realize that their actions can show disrespect as well. When students tsk another person, roll their eyes, or smack their lips these are all signs of disrespect. Gestures like these are a sign of disrespect and a bad attitude. Let’s stay positive, and show respect at all times.
Students remember the end of the first grading period is this Friday. Check your grades in progressbook. If you are not sure about a grade or assignment make sure you check with your teacher so that all work is complete. That is part of making sure you do your best.
