2.  T
he girls 4x100 relay team of Hunter Garbe, Virginia Spitzley, Bridgette Gerber-Winschel, and Isabella Cozzie breaking the school record at the Edison Invite. They ran a time of 50.88 beating the old record of 51.6.

3.  Thank you to STUDENT COUNCIL members who cleaned the Tiger Union this past weekend.  It looks and smells amazing!!  Thank you for the TIGER PRIDE you show in your school - it does not go unnoticed!

Reminder to students enrolling in CCP online or on campus classes - please print out your schedule and turn it in to the counseling office.

Reminder to students who still have not turned in their course sheets, please do so as soon as possible so you can schedule classes with your counselor.

5. Attention Seniors - you now have 2 graduation requirements in Naviance: You must complete the HHS Alumni Questionnaire Task that has been assigned on your Naviance Homepage in addition to the Senior Survey which can be found when you click on: About Me> My Surveys > Surveys Not Started.  Please complete these as soon as possible.
 
6.  The Kalahari After Prom party 50/50 jackpot is now at $966.  One lucky winner will take home $483 and the other $483 will be applied to the cost of your Kalahari Waterpark ticket.

We encourage all juniors and seniors to keep selling their portion of 50/50 tickets through May 3rd to continue to lower the After Prom ticket cost.  It will be a night full of fun and prize give aways!

Turn in any sold tickets and money to the high school office along with any unsold tickets.  Dont' forget.....your name will be entered into a weekly $25 giftcard drawing for every 6 tickets you sell

7.  Reminder to students who are planning to take CCP classes for the first time - If you have not already taken the Accuplacer test, call Firelands College at (419) 372-0886 to schedule as soon as possible. Please turn in your Accuplacer test results to Mrs. Smith.


8.  There are S.T.A.R. leadership camp volunteer sign up forms in the office for interested students with S.T.A.R. camp experience.


9.  Huron High School will be having a three-hour delay on Wednesday, 4/17, for the English end of course exams.  All students taking the end of course exam will find their room assignments on the windows by the main office.  Students must arrive to the test on time!  Students will not be allowed to enter the testing room late.  Busses will run at normal times.  Students arriving before 10:25 will be asked to wait in the cafeteria and the gym. 

10.  If you're bored on a Tuesday, don't be! Stop by the Huron Public Library and learn how to play Chess on Tuesday, April 16, from 6 - 7:30 pm. No registration is necessary.

If you'd rather play cards, Wednesday, April 17, is Euchre Night. Come by for pick-up games at the Library starting at 6:30 pm.


11.  Harbor House (132 Main St., Huron) will be holding open interviews on Saturday, April 20th, between the hours of noon - 2pm.  They are searching for hardworking and dedicated hosts/hostesses, food runners, prep cooks and bussers. 

12.  Lunch today is
nachos grande or fiesta sticks.
