Announcements - Tuesday, October 13, 2020

1.  Attention all NHS nominees:  The applications for National Honor Society are due this Friday (10/16).  All applications must be submitted to google classroom by 3:00 pm.  No late submissions will be accepted, so make sure to turn your applications in early.  If you have any questions feel free to see Mrs. Arambula in room 200.

2. Girls Basketball:  There will be a mandatory meeting after school today and Wednesday (you need only attend 1) in room 207 for anyone interested in trying out for basketball this season.  If you have any questions see Coach Lobsinger.

4.  Boys and girls who are interested in bowling this year, please stop by the high school office for an info sheet that talks about the upcoming season.

5.  Attention any senior who did not get their senior pictures taken by Lifetouch; If you would like your headshot to be included in the yearbook, Lifetouch will be in the gym taking free senior portrait headshots on Tuesday, 10/27 and Friday, 10/30 from 7am-11am. Please plan accordingly!

6.  Attention all students: the TLC class will be collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald house. Bring your pop tabs into your fifth period class. The class that brings in the most will win a Halloween treat.

7. Any student who is interested in community service, we are looking for tutors for Huron High School.  Tutoring is during your study hall or at your convenience.  Stop by Ms. Ryan's classroom if you are interested.

8.  If you have a Chrome book checked out from the school, you can stop by the office to get a cover during your study hall.

9.  If you would like to be issued a locker to use before school, before lunch and after dismissal, please come to the main office during your study hall to sign one out.
