1. Reminder: Gray students will be in school on Monday, December 21 and red students will be in school on Tuesday, December 22. On Tuesday, December 22, dismissal will be at 1:35pm. Winter Break is December 23 – January 1.

2. Student Council's 12 Days of Kindness Calendar: Today, we are collecting any item listed on the calendar. See your homeroom teacher for the list of items collected daily. Remember that in Ohio, it is estimated that 1 in 5 children go hungry, so please do your part to help those in need in our community.

3. Student Council will be taking orders for Christmas-grams during lunch today and tomorrow. The cost is $1. Don’t miss your chance to send a holiday greeting to a friend, staff member or that special someone. They will be delivered during study hall on December 21st and December 22nd.

4. The McCormick Junior Honor Society presents: Let's Get Merry Holiday Spirit Days on Monday, December 21 and Tuesday, December 22. You can dress in: Holiday Pajamas, "Ugly" or cute Holiday Sweaters, or Holiday costumes. The only requirement is you be festive and school-appropriate in whatever you choose to wear. Let's show this weird year that we still know how to be joyous and have fun! Pictures for the yearbook will be taken. Wear those holiday outfits!

5. Are you and your parents taking extra time off at Christmas? A vacation form needs to be submitted to the office prior to the absence so that Mr. Carter can approve the absence.

6. LUNCH MENU: today-Mac and Cheese, Friday-Mac and Cheese. Monday – Bosco Sticks, Tuesday-Tacos

7. FROM THE HURON PUBLIC LIBRARY:
Pick up some holiday materials at the Huron Public Library through Curbside Pickup service! The Library has put together some holiday bundles for children's books, holiday movies, music, cookbooks, mysteries, and more. Call the Library to request a bundle or visit our website to place holds on whatever you want and then schedule your own pickup time.

Share your artwork with the Huron community this winter in our virtual Art Gallery! Share pictures of your artworks or photographs and then revisit the virtual Gallery throughout the winter to find new additions. All ages can participate. Visit our website to learn how to submit your artworks.

Teens that want to make a difference can join the Teen Library Council on Zoom. The next TLC meeting is on Monday, December 21 at 4 pm. If you have ideas to improve your town or the Library, visit our website to learn how to join.

Remember: The Library will be CLOSED on December 24 and December 25 for Christmas and December 31 and January 1 for New Year's.
