  1. Today’s lunch is Walking Taco.


  1. Remember, only students riding the bus home at the end of the day are permitted to leave the building or be in the hallways at the 2:20 bell.  Students that are parent pick-up, walking or riding their bike are not to exit their 7th period class until the 2:25 bell.


  1. Please check the lost and found in front of the auditorium for missing items.


  1. There will be a Junior Honor Society meeting today during 8th grade study hall. All 7th and 8th grade members should report to the auditorium at 12:55 for this meeting. See Mr. Maleski or Mrs. Rowen if you have any questions.


  1. McCormick yearbooks are on sale!  The deadline to order a yearbook is today.  Order online at ybpay.lifetouch.com using code 14845924 or turn in your order form with a check made payable to McCormick. 


  1. Student Council is sponsoring a Get Ready for the Test Coloring Contest for the month of April. Coloring sheets may be picked up in the office between class or before study hall. Once you have completed the paper, return it to the office with your name and grade written on the back. The top 3 winners in each grade will receive a prize.


  1. 7th and 8th Grade ROX meet 5th period tomorrow.


  1. State Testing begins next week:  Tuesday and Thursday for ELA.  

Make sure to get a good night's rest and remember to bring your charged chromebook and charger everyday! 


  1. Students that are waiting to enter the cafeteria for lunch must remain in line and stay to the right hand side of the hallway allowing those students and staff room to get by.


  1. McCormick students respect their educational environment. They make sure if they see a mess or trash laying around, they do their part by helping to pick or clean it up. Whether in the cafeteria, restroom, hallway or classroom do your part and help to keep our McCormick home neat and orderly to support our learning environment. 


  1. McCormick students, after dining in the cafeteria or elsewhere, are responsible for the area in which they eat and clean up and pick up any trash in your area. Whether it is yours or not.  


  1. Make sure you are exhibiting the skills of Positive Communication, Positive Group/Team Work, Being to class on Time, Problem Solving, Questioning and Reflecting, Critical Thinking, Collaboration, Listening, and Empathy for a chance to earn a ticket for the end of the quarter rewards.  We will be giving away some great prizes.


  1. Stay in the Game - keep coming to school and make sure you are working hard to be the best me you can be.
