2. Volunteer opportunity through Second Harvest Food Pantry. There will be a food distribution at BGSU Firelands TODAY from 4-5:30pm. They are in need of 16 volunteers. Sign-up information is posted outside the high school office. Please consider helping out.
3. The cafeteria will be serving a Spicy Chicken patty sandwich, green beans, fruit & veggie bar today.
4. All boys basketball players, JV & Varsity, please turn in your uniforms as soon as possible to Coach James or take it Coach Schaefers room 207.

Calling all poetry enthusiasts living or working in the 44839 zip code! This year’s 44839: Poetry Contest will kick off in April. Submissions will be accepted until the end of May and select winners have a chance to receive cash prizes and get their poems published in the next volume of the 44839: Poetry from a Zip Code anthology. Find full rules for submission on huronlibrary.org.
Have you always wanted your books to be a little more...exciting? Check out a NEW Teen Book Box full of items to enhance your reading experience. Pick your book and then take it to the Circulation Desk to receive a box full of goodies associated with various parts of the story. The best part is, you return the book and the box and keep the rest! Find book selections in the YA area of the Library today.

If you completed a Tiny Art Show Kit in January, or if you just like looking at local art, you can stop by to view the full Tiny Art Show in the Library this April. Find the display in the main lobby and front entrance display case all month long.
Work on your strategic thinking by practicing Chess with chess master Paul Sherwood today starting at 6 pm. Come for fun or to improve your game. Open to all ages and abilities.
If you're looking for a more fast-paced game join fellow players for Euchre Night on Wednesday, April 13 starting at 6 pm in the AV area of the Library. Learn the game or come for practice. Open to teens and adults.
The Library will be CLOSED for Easter on Sunday, April 17. Drop boxes will remain open and patrons can still use our digital collection 24/7!
