1. Congratulations to Bella Caporini! Her band, Seeing Scarlet, won the 2022 Tri-C High School Rock Off at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on Saturday. They won the grand prize which included $250 towards the high school’s music department!

2. This Friday marks the end of the 3rd quarter grading period. Please make sure fees are paid and overdue library books are returned to avoid your grade card from being withheld. Obligations pass on to the next school year.

3. 7th grade ROX girls - group is being moved to this Friday.

4. Reminder to 8th graders: Course Scheduling sheets are due to the office by this Friday, April 1.

5. State Testing starts next week on Tuesday April 5th. Students are reminded to bring your CHARGED Chromebook with you and to report to your homerooms/testing areas on your testing days. All testing will begin approximately at 7:40am, so please make sure that you get to class on time with your CHARGED Chromebook. Reminder to Geometry students to report to McCormick on Thursday and Friday.

6. Erie MetroParks is excited to invite you to participate in the Ohio Wildlife Youth Art Contest! Scan the QR code on the flyers located around the building or visit eriemetroparks.org/ohio-wildlife-youth-art-contest for the entry form and contest rules. Entries accepted until April 8.

7. FROM THE HURON PUBLIC LIBRARY:
NEW THIS SPRING! Interested in coding and making new friends? Join a Girls Who Code Coding Club! The Library has two coding clubs for tweens (Grades 3 - 5) and teens (Grade 6 - 8) this spring. Come to hang out, eat some snacks, and learn about coding in a supportive environment! Boys may also register. Visit huronlibrary.org to find registration for both clubs.

Work on your strategic thinking by practicing Chess with chess master Paul Sherwood on Saturday, April 2 starting at 10 am. Come for fun or to improve your game. Open to all ages and abilities.
