Announcements

1.  Course Request forms for next school year should be turned in to your specified grade level teacher or the counseling office tomorrow, February 21. Extra copies can be found on the counseling Google Classrooms and in your grade-level classrooms.

2.  For those interested in being a part of the Teen Leadership Corps (TLC) class for next year, please stop by either the office or Mrs. Lee's room for an application. Completed applications must be turned in by Friday, Feb. 23. Once your application is turned in, interviews must take place by Friday, March 8. 

3.  There will be a meeting this Thursday, 2/22, after school in the high school cafeteria for anyone (boys & eligible girls) interested in playing tennis this spring.

4.  Wrestling results from the weekend: The team finished 12th overall and 5th in the Bay division. 
Hunter Drury finished in 6th place, defaulting his last match to a career ending knee injury. 
Max Muise finished in 7th place.
Evan Trevino finished in 3rd. 
Next up is Sectionals at Oak Harbor on Saturday. Also the girls pre-regional is Friday in Clyde.

5.  Community service opportunity:  Volunteers are needed for upcoming game nights at Woodlands.  Times  would be from 6-6:45 on Thursday, Feb 22nd (1st grade) and Thursday, Feb 29th (2nd grade).  See Mr Lamb with any questions.

6.  Seniors should check the diploma list and their transcripts to verify they will receive the correct graduation materials. See the list and complete the form on Mrs. James's Google Classroom to request corrections. It is also posted outside the counseling office. All corrections must be submitted by February 26.

7.  Sophomores and Juniors interested in the Jr./Sr. Seminar Class for next school year should complete the proposal form and submit it by Friday, February 23. The form is available on Ms. Scherley and Mrs. James's Google Classrooms.

8.  The Spring Fling will be held on March 2nd. Tickets will be sold during lunches for $10 Feb 26-March 1st.

9.  Girls District swim meet. 2 PR's for Rylie Towns in the (200 IM and the 500 free) and a 9 second drop in the girls 400 relay.

District update #2 Boy's edition. Yesterday they had a great day in the pool. 2 school records and 6 personal records.  Carter Schlessman set a school record in the 50 free and was part of the 400 Free Relay (Isaiah Polak, Jason Lenczyk, TJ Murray and Carter Schlessman) which set the second school record of the day. PRs for the day were registered for Jason Lenzcyk(200 and 500 free events) Nick Rager(200 IM), Carter Schlessman(50 and 100 Free), Scott Allen (100 Breaststroke).
