1. Cheer tryouts for football & basketball for next school year start tonight from 5-7:30pm in the high school gym. Paperwork can be found in the high school office.
2. Attention students who received an invitation to apply to the National Honor Society: The due date for your application is Monday, March 11th. Please turn your printed application in to the guidance office on or before this date. Late applications will not be accepted.
3. Cleveland State will be here on Tuesday, March 5. They will be presenting 1st and 5th periods in Mrs. Sadowski's room. This is open to any student who would like to attend.
If you would like to talk with the representative individually, she is available by appointment periods 2, 3, and 4. See Mrs. Sadowski to set up the appointment.
4. This weekend at the State Indoor Track Championships, senior Jadyn Towns achieved All-Ohio honors by placing 8th in the mile and 6th in the 800m run. She rebroke both of her own indoor school records in those races.
Rylie Towns also competed in both the mile and 2-mile, finishing the indoor season as the school record holder in the 2-mile, and is currently ranked as the #2 fastest freshman in both races across the entire state of Ohio!
