1. Students who are leaving early for track are welcome to eat lunch A or B in the cafeteria.
2. Seniors, the Rules & Regulation form that was sent out via Final Forms is due into the high school office by Monday, 5/8. Please stop in the office with any questions.
3. Today is the last day to pick up a Student Council petition. They are available in the office.
4. Powderpuff signups are in the high school office. Both coaches and players are welcome to sign up. The deadline for signups is the end of this week. Powderpuff shirts will be available for purchase at $20 each. Please inquire with Mrs. Sadowski in room 201 to learn more about the event.
5. Attention freshmen, sophomore, and junior girls……. Are you involved in our community?
Would you like the opportunity to represent Huron through your leadership skills? Would you like to be a positive role model for others? Then participating in the 2023 Huron River Fest Queens’ Pageant is for you!
A $1000 scholarship is available to this year’s Queen. If you are interested in participating in the contest and would like more information or an application, please visit the Huron River Fest Website at Huronriverfest.com.
An Informational Meeting for contestants and parents is scheduled for Friday, May 26, 2023, at 6:00 pm at the Huron Boat Basin Building.
All applications are due by noon on June 16, 2023. Applications can be completed HERE or turned into the Huron High School Office by June 1, 2023. If you have questions, please reach out to [email protected].
6. Juniors, be sure to stop by the high school office to pick up an order form for your "Senior" t-shirt. Orders are due to Bennetts by May 15th.
7. The Abbey Rose Foundation is holding a babysitting class on Saturday, 5/13, from 8am-4pm. The American Heart Association CPR and First Aid is included in the class. It will be held in the high school student union. Cost is $20. Students 6th grade on up can register online at

8. Congratulations to Lanee Orzech and Drew Eck who have been voted Student Body President and Vice-President for next school year!
