Congratulations to the girls cross country team as they DID IT AGAIN! They won the Huron Invitational meet on Saturday. Check out that beautiful trophy in the front showcase. The Tigers were led by Laney Schlessman, Andrea Lesnak, Allison Kohlmann, Leah Kohlmann, and Grace Jackson! Kate Gilbert and Andrea Lesnak had a course personal record. Grace Jackson and Avery Morefield had a season personal record.  The boys cross country finished with 3rd place as a team. Kellen Hall had a course and season personal record and made it to the podium. William Meyer, Logan Kerstetter, Jackson Mize, Zander Kaufman, Troy Wyatt, and Hudson Henning all had season personal records.  Good luck to the cross country team this Saturday as they return to Tiffin for the SBC race. Go Tigers!!!

Parent-teacher conferences are on Thursday, October 10, from 3:00pm-7:00pm.  There are a few conference slots still available for 8th grade conferences. Please go to our website if you’d like to schedule a conference.

There is no school on Monday, October 14.

Ripcho Studios will be at McCormick on Friday, October 18, for picture retakes.  If you were absent on picture day in August, plan to have your picture taken.  Order forms are in the office if you need one or order online at RipchoStudio.com using the online password 1001152715.   If you are not satisfied with your photos from the original Picture Day, return the entire package to receive your retake photos.

Attention all 7th and 8th grade future Huron Tigers swimmers:  Our swim team is gearing up for an exciting season, and we want YOU to be a part of it!  Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting started, our team is all about growth, teamwork, and achieving your personal best.  No experience?  No problem!  Our dedicated coaches will be with you every stroke of the way.  Join us for the parent meeting on Tuesday, October 8 at 5:00pm, to learn more about the season ahead. Our first practice is Tuesday, October 15.  A bus will depart from McCormick Middle School at 5:25pm Monday through Thursday, to take you to the pool. Come make a splash!
