  1. Today’s lunch is Chicken Strips.
 
  1. Today, there will be a brief meeting at 2:00pm for 7th and 8th grade girls interested in basketball.  Please wait to be called down.
 
  1. Student Council members, please check google classroom for the latest updates and committee assignments. We will meet Thursday during 8th grade lunch. Please bring your chromebooks to the meeting.
 
  1. Student Council would like to thank all students and staff who participated in Spirit Week. The winning homeroom in 6th grade was Mrs. Smith, the winning 7th grade homeroom was Mrs. Brown, and the winning 8th grade homeroom was Mr. Miller. Mrs. Rowen will coordinate with the homeroom teachers to get parties organized.
 
  1. If you are going on the St. Peter Retreat this Friday, a permission slip needs to be turned into the office so the absence will be excused.
 
  1. Interim Grades go home Friday. Make sure you are getting your work done so that your parents have a good report on how you are doing. If your grades are low, get with your teachers and ask for some help.  That is all part of working and growing to be the best student you can be. 
 
  1. Parent-teacher conferences are Thursday, October 3, from 3:00pm-6:00pm and on Thursday, October 10, from 3:00pm-7:00pm.  Parents should look for an email link from Mr. Doughty or go to our website to schedule a conference.
 
  1. Students let's THINK before you speak. Make sure whatever it is that you have to say passes the THINK Test prior to saying it.

  1. In order to achieve your goals you need to be here each day and work hard.  Students that have good attendance during the first quarter will be entered into drawings for some Stay in the Game swag.  Come to school each day and Stay in the Game.
