The lunch menu for today is: Walking Taco with Meat, Cheese and Chips or a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. You also have the choice of any two or more of Fiesta Corn and Beans, Pineapple and Milk
Let’s keep Rachel’s Challenge alive. Make sure you are journaling regularly, accepting others and doing kind acts. Make sure you recognize those students that do kind acts by completing a chain link for them.
Our value word for the week is: Kindness - the quality or state of being kind, a kind act
Albert Schweitzer once said, “Constant kindness can accomplish much. As the sun makes ice melt, kindness causes misunderstanding, mistrust, and hostility to evaporate.”
Woodlands students are connecting to continue the chain reaction of kindness. Kind Words + Kind Actions = Huge Results. So make sure you lend a helping hand, accept others and treat everyone with respect.
There are many items in the lost and found. Please stop and claim items that you are missing.
Yearbook order forms are due back in the office by this Thursday, Feb. 11. Yearbooks are $20 this year. Students will be able to order online as well until March 12. Stop by the office if you have questions or need information.
The forecast this week has some dangerously low temperatures. Please be careful and make sure you are dressing properly. That means making sure you have a hat and gloves and dressing in warm layers.
Students reminder this Friday and next Monday we do not have school.
