1. 4th quarter begins today. Make sure you know what your 4th quarter elective is and arrive to class on time.

2. Grade Cards will be handed out on Thursday. Please make sure fees are paid, overdue library books are returned, uniforms are returned, etc.

3. 2020-2021 Yearbook order forms have been handed out. Orders can be placed by returning the form with payment to Mr. Maleski or order online at JOSTENSYEARBOOKS.COM. Orders must be submitted by Wednesday, March 31, 2021. link: http://jostensyearbooks.com/?REF=A06453260

4. Spring Break is from April 2 – April 9. If you are taking extra time off, a vacation form needs to be submitted to the office prior to the absence so that Mr. Carter can approve it.

The Huron Public Library is open! Please visit huronlibrary.org to find current safety regulations and services being offered, as well as temporary operating hours. Masks must be worn properly in the building. Welcome back!

Share your artwork or photography in our Online Community Art Gallery at huronlibrary.org. Visit the Library's virtual Gallery space to view art and photography shared by your community, then share your own by emailing photos to [email protected]. All ages can participate.

The Library is collecting nonperishable, unexpired food items for our Pay It Forward Food Drive to give to the Huron Food Pantry. If you have food items at home that you'd like to donate, visit the Library and find our drop-off box located near the entrance.

Join the next Teen Library Council meeting on Monday, March 29 at 4 pm on Zoom to share your ideas for change in the Library and the community of Huron. New members are always welcome. Visit our website for more information or to find monthly Zoom codes.

We want to see your LEGO creations from home! Build something AMAZING with LEGOs, or if you don't have LEGOs, get creative and build with something else. Then send us a picture of your masterpiece on Thursday, April 1 so that we can share it on our website and social media pages. Send pictures to [email protected].

Tune in to our next Thursday Night Watch Party to stream a classic movie from the Library's Facebook page, chat with others, and learn some behind-the-scenes facts about the film. The next Watch Party is on Thursday, April 8 starting at 5 pm and will feature the film Royal Wedding from 1951. This classic comedy/musical/romance stars Fred Astaire and one of his most legendary dance performances across the ceiling of a hotel room.
