1. Congratulations to the Huron Girls golf team who won their sectional yesterday. Gabby Buatheir shot a 79, Kelsey Stadler & Jenny Cobleigh shot 87 and Mallory Nelson an 88 for a team total of 341. Districts on Monday!
2. Seniors you still have time to apply for the Elks Student of the Month scholarship in the Counseling office.
3. TLC is partnering with the Huron Volleyball team for a Pediatric Cancer Awareness volleyball game on October 1st. If you want to buy a $10 t-shirt to raise money for Pediatric Cancer the deadline is the 26th of September.
4. Freshmen please remember to bring your permission slip to the School Counseling office if you would like to attend the Futuremakers event at EHOVE. Permission slips are due by September 30th.
5. A representative from the Navy will be here at lunch today.
6. We have extra yearbooks from the 2019 school year for sale in the high school office. The cost is $65.
7. Presale tickets for Friday's varsity game against Perkins are on sale in the main office.
Tickets are $5. Ticket lines at the gate are long and it will cost you $6.
8. Juniors and Sophomores interested in taking the PSAT on October 16th - Junior sign ups are going on now and Sophomore sign ups begin September 30th. There are a limited number of tests so please sign up in the School counseling office as soon as possible. The cost is $17 and you can pay by check (made out to Huron High School) or cash.
9. Seniors, please contact Mrs. Sadowski if you are interested in creating the senior video.
