1. State testing is this morning for 8th grade. Students are to report to their homerooms/testing areas. All testing will begin approximately at 7:40am, so please make sure that you get to class on time. 7th grade students report to your 1st period class today. Geometry students to report to McCormick today for testing. 7th grade Algebra students are to report to the auditorium this morning.

Students are allowed to bring the following into the testing area:
- A pencil/pen
- A non-carbonated drink no larger than 20 ounces and have a lid
- A book to read after testing is completed
     
 Students are not allowed to bring the following into the testing area:
- Electronic devices – including cell phones and watches
- Food
- Homework or class work

2. STEAM Club will meet TODAY from 4-5:30 in Mr. Haplea's room.

3. Any 8th grader interested in volunteering at S.T.A.R. leadership camp this summer see Mrs. Schuh for information.

4. There will be S.T.A.R. leadership camp applications for eligible and interested 7th grade students. See Mrs. Schuh or your homeroom teacher.

5. At the Huron Public Library:
Do you like reading and hanging out with your friends? Try both at the same time! The HPL offers a number of monthly meeting book groups for every age and grade. Visit our website at huronlibrary.org for more information, or stop by the Library today!

6. Start your summer at EHOVE’s summer camps. Camp dates are June 10th – 14th. Online registration begins April 25th. Go to www.EHOVE.net for information and to register. Brochures are in the office and in each homeroom.
