1. Reminder to all students to please have the Technology Expectation Form and the yellow Student/Parent Handbook signature form signed and turned in. 

2. Breakfast is now being served. If you would like to purchase breakfast in the morning, please report to the gym after you enter the building.

3. On Wednesday, September 9th (GRAY DAY) and Thursday, September 10th (RED DAY), Ripcho Studio will be at McCormick to take pictures. Please bring your completed form with payment on your picture day. You can also prepay for pictures online. Picture forms will be handed out today. There are extra forms in the office.

4. 8th Grade members of McCormick Junior Honor Society keep your eyes/ears open for a zoom link for a meeting.

5. Welcome back to school from the Huron Public Library!

The Library is currently closed to the public, but we are offering Curbside Pickup. Visit our website to order books, DVDs, or CDs and then drive or walk by the Library to pick them up. Note, there will be no Curbside Pickup on Monday, September 7 due to the Labor Day.

Teens in Grades 7 - 12 put your TikTok skills to the test and enter the Library's Teen Monthly TikTok Challenge. Each month, the Library will provide a new theme for your TikTok videos. September's theme is pirates (ARGHHHH). Create a unique 10 - 60 second clip and send it to us by the end of the month for a chance to win prizes and be featured on our social media pages! The Teen Library Council is still meeting via Zoom to discuss ideas to improve the Library and the community for teens! The next TLC meeting is on Monday, September 21 at 4 pm on Zoom. New members are welcome to join with a simple application!

The Library's Rockin' Readers Book Club for students in Grades 3 - 6 is also moving to Zoom. The next Rockin' Readers meeting is on Thursday, September 5 at 5 pm on Zoom and we are looking for new members. If you love reading and talking about books, join this book group featuring popular new books for tweens. This month's book is Property of a Rebel Librarian by Allison Varns about 12-year-old June Harper as she confronts book censorship at her school.
