Announcements - Thursday, October 8, 2020
1. Girls Basketball: There will be a mandatory meeting after school next week on Tuesday and Wednesday (you need to only attend 1) in room 207 for anyone interested in trying out for basketball this season. If you have any questions see Coach Lobsinger.
2. Boys and girls who are interested in bowling this year, please stop by the high school office for an info sheet that talks about the upcoming season.
3. Attention all students: the TLC class will be collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald house. Bring your pop tabs into your fifth period class. The class that brings in the most will win a Halloween treat.
4. Any student who is interested in community service, we are looking for tutors for Huron High School. Tutoring is during your study hall or at your convenience. Stop by Ms. Ryan's classroom if you are interested.
5. If you have a Chrome book checked out from the school, you can stop by the office to get a cover during your study hall.
6. If you would like to be issued a locker to use before school, before lunch and after dismissal, please come to the main office during your study hall to sign one out.
7. From the Huron Public Library:
Need a place to study or wait for a ride after school? The Huron Public Library has new Student Study Tables open from 3 - 4
pm and 4 - 5 pm after school. Teens ages
12 - 18 can reserve their own private table in the Library. Visit huronlibrary.org to make a reservation.
