  1. 1.    Reminder that students must be at school by 7:59 in order to participate in extracurricular activities that day unless a doctor’s excuse is presented.  Any questions, see Mr. Carter.

    2.    Spirit week is this week.  Today is Red, White, and Blue Day.  You must wear all 3 colors to get points for your class. Tuesday is Twin Day.  Wednesday is Superhero Day.  Thursday is Jersey Day and Friday is Red and Gray Day.  The winning homeroom will get a pizza party!  Show your Tiger Pride during Spirit Week!! 

    3.    On Tuesday, September 26th, Ripcho Studio will be at McCormick to take pictures.  Order forms will be distributed during homeroom today. 

    4.    Nice work to the cross country team at Tiffin this weekend. Led by Kennedy Schlessman, Madelyn McCall, Alli Blevins, and Morgan Shelton, the lady tigers faced tough competition. The boys were led by Connor Schaeffer, Jacob Eck, Luke Rager, and Nash Leeland. Both Nash Leeland and Nate Witte had season personal records. Keep up the great work!

    5.    Also, the cross country will meet in Mrs. James' room right after getting changed today for practice. Please get dressed and report to her room.

    6.    Craft Corner at the Huron Public Library features a hoots and tweets Doodle Birds drawing session on Thursday, September 14 at 4:30 pm for grades 3 through 12. Registration required.

    Teen Library Council at the Huron Public Library has its first meeting of the year this Friday, September 15 at 3 pm. This meeting is extremely important so members are highly encouraged to attend.

    Chess meets at the Library on Sunday, September 17 at 1 pm. New and seasoned players of all ages are welcome. No registration necessary.

    Game Nights at the Library are the first through third Tuesdays at 6 pm. No registration necessary.
