1. Are you and your parents taking extra days off at Christmas break? A vacation form needs to be submitted to the office prior to the absence so that Mr. Carter can approve the absence.

2. Don’t forget to bring chemo care package items to your homeroom class before December 19th. Items to bring are listed in each class. The winning homeroom in both grades wins a donut party after Christmas break. Let’s help make the kids on the pediatric cancer floor at Cleveland Clinic happy this holiday season.

3. Help us spread happiness this Christmas by being a part of OHgo’s Project Happy Christmas. We are asking that you join us in purchasing, filling and wrapping ONE shoebox for children in Erie county. Return it to the school office or one of the drop spots listed on the flyer. Shoeboxes are due TOMORROW.

4. Remember this week is Holiday Spirit Week:
Today is Christmas socks, Tomorrow is Ugly Sweater, Santa hats are Wednesday, Christmas colors are Thursday, and Flannel day is Friday. Totals will be added up for Friday on Thursday, with the winning 7th and 8th grade homerooms participating in dodge ball.

5. Reminder – School will be dismissed at 1:35 on Friday.

6. The Huron swimmers and divers finished their season Saturday in Port Clinton at the Junior High Championships. The girls finished 4th overall while the boys finished 5th.
Top finishers for the Tigers were: Allison Drumm, Kendyll Williams, Emily Holtz, Kayla Denbesten, Reagan Fry, Kennedy Schlessman, Casey Brown, Lanee Orzech, Julia Jones, and the 1st place 200-yard freestyle relay champions, Gabe Schleenbaker, Will Parcher, Jared Lenczyk and Granthem Brown
