Community Service hours available - 4 students are needed to help move
boxes and furniture for an elderly couple. You can earn approximately
4-5 hours. Please see Mr. Lamb to sign up.
2.
Huron Interact is accepting new members. Interact is a service based
organization that participates in projects to make our community and
school a better place. Applications are available in the high school
office and are due by December 2nd. If you have any questions, contact
Caitlyn McNulty or Grace Moser.
3. Attention all Seniors with a December 1st college application deadline: All College Tracking Forms need to be turned into Guidance by this Friday, November 18th.
4. On
Thursday, November 17th, there will be a meeting for those interested
in playing baseball. Please meet in Mr. Hohler's room right after
school.
5. New scholarships available for Seniors. Please remember the following scholarships can also be found on Naviance: Rocket Lawyer - Scholarship award of $1,000 available to talented
students who display creativity and entrepreneurial spirit. Interested
students are required to create a business plan for an organization
designed to make an impact or solve a problem that they feel is
important. Finally, share your idea by posting yours on Linkedin or

Oz Moving Scholarship 2017 -
Oz
Moving & Storage knows that moving to college is tough; leaving
your family behind to live on your own is just one of the many
challenges that new students face. We also love to give back to the
community. That’s why we want to make everything a little bit easier. Oz
will award one (1) talented student a $1,000 scholarship this year.

Waterlogic World Water Issue Scholarship -
Waterlogic’s
mission is to bring people the cleanest water possible and we do this
through our innovative water filtration technology. Waterlogic
understands the importance of clean water and wants to help students who
believe in the power of water. This year, Waterlogic is awarding a
$1,500 scholarship to the student in or entering college who submits the

Are you interested in a career in
pharmacy or would you like to learn more about it? An informational
presentation and question and answer session will be held Monday, November 21st.
Come learn about the 0-6 pharmacy program at Ohio Northern University
from current students and how you can start preparing now. Lily Justus, a HHS graduate, will be leading the presentation.
