1. LUNCH MENU: today-Popcorn Chicken

2. REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR CHARGER AND CHROMEBOOK TO SCHOOL EVERYDAY. There have been many who are forgetting. We do not have extras to loan to everyone.

3. If you are interested in working on the 2021-22 yearbook, there will be meetings to sign up next week on Tuesday, January 18th. If you are in 7th grade, you will bring your lunch to Mr. Maleski's room during your lunch period. If you are in 8th grade, meet in Mrs. Brown's room during your study hall. Let your homeroom teacher know that you are going to a yearbook meeting. Hope to see you there!

4. There is a Student Council meeting today.

5. Tomorrow marks the end of second quarter. Please make sure fees are paid and overdue library books returned.

6. There is no school on Monday, January 17th, for Martin Luther King Jr Day.

7. Remember Tuesday is the start of third quarter and second semester. Make sure you check your schedules and know your 3rd quarter elective. On Tuesday, 8th graders currently in Art will switch to Health and vice versa. 7th graders in PE will switch to PLTW and vice versa.

8. FROM THE HURON PUBLIC LIBRARY:
Due to COVID-19 conditions in Erie County and staff illness, the Huron Public Library is on temporary operating hours for the month of January. Temporary operating hours are: Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm, Friday, 9:30 am - 5 pm, and Saturday 9:30 am - 2 pm. Please check our website and social media pages for updates to these changes.

Show off your art skills in miniature form with a Tiny Art Show kit from the Library! Teens and adults can register to pick up an art kit containing everything you’ll need to create your own mini masterpiece. Return your piece by Monday, February 28 so that we can open our miniature art gallery this April.
The Library will be CLOSED for Martin Luther King Jr. Day on Monday, January 17. Book drops will remain open and we will return to regular January hours on Tuesday, January 18.

Get your puzzle party on for National Puzzle Day! Stop by the Library on Friday, January 29 -OR- Saturday, January 30 and select from a number of differently-sized puzzles to complete at home to celebrate! There will be puzzles for all ages and no registration is necessary.

Join the next Teen Library Council monthly meeting on Zoom video chat on Monday, January 31 at 4 pm to share your ideas to improve the Library and the community. Earn service or volunteer hours by participating. Current members and new members are both welcome. Visit huronlibrary.org for all the details.
