1. LUNCH MENU: today-Turkey & Mashed Potatoes

2. REMINDER: The lost and found is overflowing! If you are missing something, please check there today! Anything left in the lost and found will be donated during Thanksgiving Break.

3. Steam club will meet today from 2:45-4:15. We are still meeting in Mrs. LaCrosse‘s room. See you there!

4. The Huron Tiger Junior High swim teams were in action last night at Margaretta. The boys were defeated but the girls team squeaked out a narrow victory. Top finishers for Huron were:
Rylie Towns
Claire Putman
Harper Hagy
Addie Hoffman
Colette Steuk
Cameron Kedas
Parker Bertke and
Chuck Bennett
The swimmers return to action next Tuesday at Perkins.  

5. If you are planning to take extra days off for Thanksgiving, a vacation form needs to be completed and turned into the office so Mr. Carter can approve the absence.

6. Monday, November 22nd, Ripcho Studios will be here for picture retakes. If you did not get your picture taken in September, please plan to get it taken. If you are not happy with your pictures, bring them with you on picture day to give to the photographer for retakes.

7. Chemo Care Package items can be donated from November 17th to December 10th. Please bring in new items to your homeroom class for the kids who are battling cancer at Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals! The winning homeroom class in each grade will be given a reward after Christmas break.

8. FROM THE HURON PUBLIC LIBRARY:
Add your thoughts to the Huron Public Library's new Huron Stories: Community Journals, made for all ages! Check out titles like: Library Recommendations, Teen Sketches, Ideas for the Future of Huron, Good Vibes, or What's Behind the Door? Each journal checks out for one week. Read what others wrote, then add your own entry. Once a journal is full, it will be added to our regular collection for the community to check out like a regular book! Find these journals in the main lobby today.

Help your neighbors before the holidays and lower your late fees! Food for Fines goes until Saturday, November 20. Fines for an overdue Huron Public Library item or fine will be waived in exchange for each non-perishable donation.
