Huron High School

1.  On Tuesday, the nurse will be conducting vision and hearing tests.  Please remember to bring your glasses/contacts with you.

2. The Homecoming Dance will be held Saturday, September 17th, from 8-10 pm at Woodlands Elementary School. Tickets are $10 and will be on sale during lunch.  If you are bringing someone who does not attend HHS you must turn in a guest form when purchasing the tickets. Guest forms include emergency medical information and need to be signed by the guest's parent and their principal.  Guest forms are available outside the high school office. All tickets must be purchased in advance.  No tickets will be sold at the door.

3.  Ripcho Studio will be at Huron High School tomorrow, 9/13. for picture day.  

This year Ripcho will photograph any student in grades 9-12.  Seniors you have not already had your picture taken by a photographer, you can have it taken here on Tuesday,9/13.  This will ensure your photograph gets published in the yearbook.

Seniors, if you have already had your picture taken by another photographer, you may submit that to the yearbook department, advised by Ms. Kukay at Bkukay@huronhs.com.

Order forms for pictures were handed out earlier.  Extras are available in the high school office.  A Final Forms email was also sent out about how to place an order for pictures online.

If you have any questions, please stop by the high school office.

4.  There will be a meeting regarding the Junior Class trip tomorrow, 9/13, in the high school cafeteria.  Students are asked to bring a parent.

5.  The following colleges are scheduled to come visit Huron High School:

Sept. 15 University of Toledo
Sept. 21 Ohio Northern
Sept. 29 BGSU
Sept. 30 Cleveland State University

All times are at 10 - 10:45.  Please sign up in the school counseling office if you are interested in learning more about these schools.

6.  The elections for the homecoming King and Queen will take place on Wednesday, September 14th.  All students will receive an email from Final Forms explaining how to vote. If you do not get the ballot, please contact Mrs. Sadowski in room 201.

7.  We are still looking for the Technology Form, that was sent home via Final Forms, to be turned into the high school office.  If you haven't turned that in, please get that taken care of.
