1. There will be a brief SC meeting in Mrs. Rowen's room today at the beginning of 8th grade lunch. This meeting is for all current and newly elected junior high members and should only last 5 minutes.

2. Attention 7th grade junior honor society members, please check your school email for an important message from Mrs. Rowen.

3. Chromebooks, Charges and Sleeves will be collected today. Make sure you locate and bring all 3 items to study hall today.

4. School will be dismissed at 1:30pm on Thursday, June 2

5. Students are reminded to make sure library books are returned and fees are paid so that your grade card is not withheld.

6. Please check the lost and found located in the back of the auditorium, for missing items. Anything left at the end of the year will be donated.

7. Did you forget to order a yearbook and would like to have one? Ask Mr. Maleski to put your name on the list for one of the extra copies. The cost is $25.00 and you will need to bring payment with you on the last day of school. If you have questions, see Mr. Maleski.

8. FROM THE HURON PUBLIC LIBRARY:
Want to get your poetry published? Submissions for this year's 44839: Poetry Contest will be accepted until the end of May and select winners have a chance to receive cash prizes and get their poems published in the next volume of the 44839: Poetry from a Zip Code anthology. Ages 17 and under can participate with parent/guardian permission. Find full rules for submission on huronlibrary.org.

Check out a Teen Book Box full of items to enhance your reading experience. Pick your book and then take it to the Circulation Desk to receive a box full of goodies associated with various parts of the story. The best part is, you return the book and the box and keep the rest! Find book selections in the YA area of the Library today and keep an eye out for NEW Book Boxes this summer with our Summer Learning Program theme. For Grades 9 - 12.

Play some Chess at the Library with chess master Paul Sherwood on Saturday, June 4 at 10 am. Come for fun or to improve your game. Open to all ages and abilities.

Ready for some summer fun? Check out the Library's Summer Learning Program: Oceans of Possibilities! Registration for Preschool, children, tweens, and teens begins on Tuesday, June 7 at 10 am.
