1. Any student looking for community service hours should consider volunteering at the Huron Rotary Halloween Party at Woodlands on Monday, 10/25, from 4:30-6:30pm. Please stop by the office if interested.
2. High School basketball cheer clinic & tryouts will be held at Woodlands on Monday, 10/25 and Tuesday, 10/26 from 3:30pm-5:45pm.
All forms must be completed in order to participate in the clinic and tryouts. Packets are available in the office.
3.The Huron Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Junior or Senior who would like to intern at the chamber. Duties include general office duties, good phone etiquette to do follow up calls with members, help with events, etc. Anyone interested should stop by the high school office to receive more information.
4. Any student interested in registering for Spring '22 CCP courses, please set up an appointment with your BGSU advisor to make your course selections. Registration for CCP students begins at 7 a.m. on October 29. Stop into the counseling office if you have any questions.
5. Juniors & Seniors: The following colleges/universities will be visiting Huron High School in the student union. Please be sure to sign up in the school counseling office if interested in meeting with the college rep.

Monday, 11/1 - Ohio State University 9:00am
6. St. Peter Spooktacular 5K & Kids Pumpkin Fun Run will take place Saturday, Oct. 30 at 9 a.m. All work will be done before noon. Volunteers are needed to help with the race. Limited number of shirts available for volunteering. Contact Angie Edwards 419-366-1563 (call/text) to volunteer. Service hours will be given for this opportunity.
7. Presale tickets for the football game at Edison tonight are on sale in the high school office. Presale is $5, all tickets at the gate are $7.
8. Attention any girl wanting to play basketball this year: Tryouts will be next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Please see Coach Schaeffer with any questions
