2. McCormick Junior Honor Society is collecting monetary donations for the Max Soviak Memorial Fund. Max was a 2017 graduate of Edison High School who lost his life while serving in Afghanistan. There will be a donation box in the cafeteria from Wednesday, Sept 8 - Thursday, September 16th. Checks may be made to McCormick Jr High. See Mrs. Rowen or Mr. Maleski if you have any questions.

3. Attention Student Council Members, there will be a meeting on Wednesday in room 207 during 8th grade lunch. We will elect officers as well as work on some other upcoming projects including spirit week. Please be sure to attend the meeting.

4. If interested in ordering 2021 Huron Tigers Football apparel…. order forms are available in the office. You can also order online at www.luckystonepromotions.com. A portion of the sales contributes directly to the HHS Football Scholarship Fund.

5. Ripcho Studio is here to take school pictures today. Please have your order form and payment with you to give to the photographer. There are extra order forms in the office. You can also prepay for pictures online at www.ripchostudio.com

STEAM Club is a club directed by Mr. Haplea and Mrs. LaCrosse. From 2:45-4:15 on Wednesdays, we will be conducting experiments, building cool contraptions, and seeing how art and science are tied together! Join us Wednesday for our first meeting of the year. You will LOVE it! Meet in Mr. Haplea's room for an exciting first lab!!!
