1.  Congratulations to TJ Murray. TJ submitted 2 pieces of artwork that have been selected against hundreds. The 2 pieces will now move on to the Regional Ohio Governor's Art Contest. The art will be juried against the best in the STATE of Ohio.  Congratulations TJ!!! 

2.  Football cheer tryouts for incoming 9th graders - 12th graders will be Monday, March 13 at HHS gymnasium starting at 430pm.   Please text coach Janet 419-366-1787 to receive the link for the tryout material.

3.  TLC's pop tab tournament round one ends on Friday! Please remember to bring in pop tabs to your 5th period class. Remember, the winning class wins a Chick-Fil-A lunch!

4.  Locker decorations will be taken down Friday after school.  If you want yours, please take it down by then.

5.  If you are looking for a great place to work for the summer, the Huron Yacht Club is hiring!  Full and part-time positions are available.  Love your job and join our family!  At Huron Yacht Club, you’ll join the “Friendliest Club on the Lake”! Download your application on our website huronyachtcluboh.com and submit it to [email protected] or bring it to the club.  No need for a resume unless you have one and want to submit it.  

6.  The Tiger Union will be used today and tomorrow 6th & 7th period by the Health class.  

7.  News from the Huron Public Library:
All ages are welcome to check out the final presentation of the winter Girls Who Code program at the Huron Public Library today at 4 pm! See the winter participants share what they've made, play with our robot collection, and learn more about the club. 

If you prefer a more strategic game, play some Chess at the Library with chess master Paul Sherwood on Sunday, March 12 at 1 pm. Come for fun or to improve your game. Open to all ages and abilities.

March 14 is Pi Day! To celebrate, students that come to the Library after school can answer a few math questions and get some tasty snacks in return.

Love crocheting or want to learn how? Meet up and share current yarn projects, get help from Library staff, or just enjoy being in the company of other crafters at the Stitch Niche: Crochet Club. The next meeting is on Tuesday, March 14 at 3 pm. Bring your own supplies or use ours. This club is for both teens and adults.
