- Football Cheer tryouts have been rescheduled to Thursday, March 16th from 430pm until 600pm at HHS gymnasium. Cheer Packets are available in the office.
- The 7th & 8th grade Band concert is Monday, March 20th at 7pm.
- This Friday marks the end of the 3rd quarter grading period. Please make sure fees are paid and overdue library books are returned to avoid your grade card from being withheld. Obligations pass on to the next school year.
- Remember, if you are taking extra time off during spring break, a vacation form needs to be turned in and approved by Mr. Carter.
- The 2022/2023 McCormick Junior High School yearbooks can be ordered online at ybpay.lifetouch.com. The online deadline to order a yearbook is April 13th.

Work on your strategic thinking by practicing Chess with chess master Paul Sherwood at the Huron Public Library on Tuesday, March 21 at 6 pm. Come for fun or to improve your game. Open to all ages and abilities.
Join the next Teen Library Council monthly meeting on Monday, March 27 at 4 pm to share your ideas to improve the Library and the community for teens! Earn service or volunteer hours by participating. Current members and new members are both welcome. Visit huronlibrary.org for more details or stop by the Library and ask for an application.
Love crocheting or want to learn how? Meet up and share current yarn projects, get help from Library staff, or just enjoy being in the company of other crafters at the Stitch Niche: Crochet Club. The next meeting is on Tuesday, March 28 at 3 pm. Bring your own supplies or use ours. This club is for both teens and adults.
