Students will also have the choice of salad bar today.

Let’s keep Rachel’s Challenge alive. Make sure you are journaling regularly, accepting others and doing kind acts. Make sure that you recognize those students that are performing kind acts by completing a chain link for them. Remember KCR 24/7-365

Our value word for the week is: Humility -  freedom from pride or arrogance : the quality or state of being humble

Thomas Merton once said, “Pride makes us artificial and humility makes us real.

If you win or do well at something, do not brag. If you lose, or do poorly at something do not show anger. Instead Woodlands Students say something like, “I really enjoyed the competition, and I look forward to playing against you again,” or “Good Game,” or don’t say anything at all. To show anger or sarcasm, such as “I wasn’t playing hard anyway. You really aren’t that good,” shows weakness. Woodlands Students always treat each other with respect. Remember if you do not have something nice to say then don’t say anything at all.

The lost and found is about to overflow.  If you are missing items please stop by the lost and found and claim the items that are yours. All the items hanging in the front entrance on the racks are items in our lost and found as well as those in the box. Please stop and look to see if any of the items are yours.
