1. Happy Valentine’s Day!

2. Congratulations to Grant Bauer who was awarded the NASA “You’ve Got Perseverance” award for demonstrating perseverance in his academic pursuits. He was one of only 20 students in the United States selected which is quite an honor. He will get a special message from the Perseverance rover during a live event with the mission team along with NASA swag and he’s even being featured on Channel 5! Congrats Grant!

3. This Wednesday, there will be a meeting in the auditorium at 2:25 for 8th grade football players about weight lifting orientation. Please wait to be called down.

4. Reminder: School will not be in session this Friday, February 18 and Monday, February 21.

5. Parent-Teacher Conferences are on Tuesday, February 22nd from 3:00-6:00pm and Thursday, March 3rd from 3:00-7:00pm. Parents should call the office to schedule a conference time.

6. FROM THE HURON PUBLIC LIBRARY:
Due to COVID-19 conditions in Erie County and staff illness, the Huron Public Library is continuing temporary operating hours for the month of February. Temporary operating hours are: Monday - Thursday 9:30 am - 6 pm, Friday, 9:30 am - 5 pm, and Saturday 9:30 am - 2 pm. Please check our website and social media pages for updates.

Let us be your matchmaker this Valentine's Day! From Monday, February 14 to Saturday, February 26, visit the library to find your Blind Date with a Book. Read the brief description and pick your date without seeing the cover. There will be books for all ages!

Make a plan to stop by the Library after school on Monday, February 14 for our We   Our Patrons event! The Youth Services Department will be setting out treats for our afterschool guests to enjoy.

The library will be CLOSED for Presidents' Day on Monday, February 21. We will resume regular temporary hours on Tuesday, February 22.
