W.I.S. ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good morning today is Thursday, November 3, 2022

The lunch menu for today is Brunch for Lunch. You will have a choice of French Toast Sticks with syrup or a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. Students will also receive a Sausage Patty, Hashbrowns, Fruit Juice and Milk.

Students will also have the choice of salad bar today.

Let’s keep Rachel’s Challenge alive. Make sure you continue to practice the Woodlands Way throughout the summer. It is a recipe for success.   KCR-24/7-365 - Always!

Our value word for the week is: Ambitious - having ambition : having a desire to be successful, powerful, or famous

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson  once said, “Don’t be afraid to be ambitious about your goals. Hard work never stops. Neither should your dreams.”

If you win or do well at something, do not brag. If you lose, or do poorly at something do not show anger. Instead Woodlands Students say something like, “I really enjoyed the competition, and I look forward to playing against you again,” or “Good Game,” or don’t say anything at all. To show anger or sarcasm, such as “I wasn’t playing hard anyway. You really aren’t that good,” shows weakness. Woodlands Students always treat each other with respect. Remember if you do not have something nice to say then don’t say anything at all.

The lost and found already has several items in it. It is only going to grow as winter approaches.  If you are missing items please stop by the lost and found and claim the items that are yours.
