1.  Picture retakes with Ripcho Studio are scheduled for Friday, December 2nd.  If you did not have your picture taken earlier in the school year OR are unhappy with your pictures -please plan on doing so on Friday.  Extra order forms are located in the high school office.

2.  The River Fest is looking for a student who wants to earn volunteer hours to ride in the Winter Fest float on December 3rd at noon wearing the “Blinky” costume.  Please see Mr. Lamb if interested.

3.  This year's Spring Musical will be 'Seussical: The Musical!'. Auditions will be held BEFORE Winter Break on Dec. 13, 14, & 15th  in the high school choir room. Audition packets are available in the High School Office and sign-up sheets will be posted on the Choir Room doors. Please see Miss Jackson if you have any questions.

4.  Huron Public Library Teen Announcements:
Help your neighbors before the holidays and lower your late fees with Food for Fines! Until the end of November, fines for an overdue Huron Public Library item will be waived in exchange for each donation. Feel free to donate even if you don't have fines.

The Library has a NEW Teen Tech Cart filled with cool tech like iPads and Chromebooks for teens in Grades 7 - 12 to borrow. Stop by after school on Wednesday, November 30 between 3 - 4:30 pm to try out some new tech like Spheros, Bloxels, digital instruments, sticker-makers, and more!

Looking for a great gift for a special someone? Look no further than the Library! The Friends of the Library are hosting a holiday Book Sale during the weekend of our Holiday Open House. The Book Sale will be held from 12 - 4:30 pm on Friday, December 2; 1 - 4 pm on Saturday, December 3; and 1:30 - 4 pm on Sunday, December 4. Best of all, each donation directly supports the Library!

Join Library staff and the Board of Trustees for our annual Holiday Open House on Saturday, December 3 from 3 - 5 pm during the city of Huron's Winter Fest for music, refreshments, crafts, and more! The Library will be open from 12:30 - 5 pm to ensure that patrons can stay warm while they wait for the Winter Fest fireworks at 6 pm.

Play some Chess at the Library with chess master Paul Sherwood on Sunday, December 4 at 1 pm. Come for fun or to improve your game. Open to all ages and abilities.
