1. Today’s lunch is cheese pizza.

2. Lost something? Please check the lost and found box located in the back of the auditorium. There are many items in there!

3. Student Council is collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items. Today is the last day to bring in your food items. Remember these items help feed local families in need of some extra assistance this holiday season.

4. Huron City Schools are teaming with OH-GO again this year to give back. Pack a shoebox with little Christmas gifts for a child in need. Wrap the shoebox and drop it off by December 16th. For more information, pick up a brochure from the office or go to: www.ohgoreach.org. Click on the OHgo Reach and Project Happy Christmas links.

5. Reminder that there is no school next week: November 21-25.

6. If you are planning to take extra days off for Thanksgiving or Christmas, a vacation form needs to be completed and turned into the office.

7. FROM THE HURON PUBLIC LIBRARY:
Help your neighbors before the holidays and lower your late fees with Food for Fines! During the entire month of November, fines for an overdue Huron Public Library item will be waived in exchange for each donation- one unexpired or non-perishable food item per overdue item. Feel free to donate even if you don’t have fines.

Make a plan to visit the Library for our first ever Book Fest Huron on Saturday, November 19 from 10 am - 1 pm. Local authors will have books for sale just in time for your holiday shopping needs. If you are thinking about writing, you can also network with other authors in the area at this event. We hope to see you there!

Love crocheting or want to learn how? Meet up and share current yarn projects, get help from Library staff, or just enjoy being in the company of other crafters at the NEW Stitch Niche: Crochet Club. The next meeting is on Tuesday, November 22 at 3 pm. Bring your own supplies or use ours. This club is for both teens and adults!

The Library will be CLOSING at 5 pm on Wednesday, November 23 and will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25 for Thanksgiving.
