WIS ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good morning today is Thursday, November 17, 2022

The lunch menu for today is the annual Woodlands Thanksgiving Meal. The menu will be Turkey Gravy over Mashed Potatoes, Dinner Roll, Assorted Fruit, Cookie and Milk.

Let’s keep Rachel’s Challenge alive. Make sure you are journaling regularly, accepting others and doing kind acts. Make sure you recognize those students that do kind acts by completing a chain link for them.

Our value word for the week is: Perseverance -  the quality that allows someone to continue trying to do something even though it is difficult

Mary Ann Redmacher said - “Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying I will try again tomorrow.”

Woodlands students are connecting to continue the chain reaction of kindness. Kind Words + Kind Actions = Huge Results. So make sure you lend a helping hand, accept others and treat everyone with respect.

The lost and found already has several items in it. It is only going to grow as winter approaches.  If you are missing items please stop by the lost and found and claim the items that are yours.

November is the month of Thankfulness. This month we will be giving everyone something to think about and be thankful for things that are usually just taken for granted. Today, spend a little time thinking about - What is something in nature you are thankful for?
