WIS ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good morning today is Friday, November 18, 2022

The lunch menu for today is: Nachos with Meat and Cheese or a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. You will also receive Seasoned Black Beans, Fruit Cup and Milk

Let’s keep Rachel’s Challenge alive. Make sure you are journaling regularly, accepting others and doing kind acts. Make sure you recognize those students that do kind acts by completing a chain link for them.

Our value word for the week is: Perseverance -  the quality that allows someone to continue trying to do something even though it is difficult

B. F. Skinner said - “A failure is not always a mistake. It may simply be the best one can do under the circumstances. The real mistake is to stop trying.”

Woodlands Students show respect to adults. They always respond to adults by saying things like “yes ma’am” or “no sir.” Just nodding your head or saying any other form of yes or no is not acceptable.

The lost and found already is about to overflow. It is only going to grow as winter approaches.  If you are missing items please stop by the lost and found and claim the items that are yours.

November is the month of Thankfulness. This month we will be giving everyone something to think about and be thankful for things that are usually just taken for granted. Today, spend a little time thinking about - What is something that happened yesterday that  you are thankful for?
