WIS ANNOUNCEMENTS

Good morning today is Thursday, October 20, 2022

The lunch menu for today is: Choice of Domino’s Pizza or a Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. You will also receive Tossed Salad with Choice of Dressing, Frozen Yogurt and Milk.

Students will also have the choice of salad bar today.

Extra slices of pizza are $2 and students will need to have money on their lunch account.

Let’s keep Rachel’s Challenge alive. Make sure you are journaling regularly, accepting others and doing kind acts. Make sure you recognize those students that do kind acts by completing a chain link for them.

Our value word for the week is: Self-Reliance -  reliance on one's own powers and resources rather than those of others.

Ralph Waldo Emerson said - “Self-trust is the essence of heroism.”

Woodlands Students are polite. Woodlands Students always say thank you when they are given something or someone else does something for you. You should always show others that you appreciate what they do for you. Whether it is when you are handed a cookie in the lunch line, or if someone holds the door for you, or you are given a treat to celebrate someone’s birthday, you should always say thank you.

The lost and found already has several items in it.  If you are missing items please stop by the lost and found and claim the items that are yours.
