Good morning today is Thursday, November 10, 2022
The lunch menu for today students will have the choice of Chicken Nuggets or Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich. You will also receive Seasoned Fries, Buttered Biscuit, Veggies with Dip and Milk.
Students will also have the choice of salad bar today.
Let’s keep Rachel’s Challenge alive. Make sure you are journaling regularly, accepting others and doing kind acts. Make sure you recognize those students that do kind acts by completing a chain link for them. KCR-24/7-365
Our value word for the week is: Courage - the ability to do something that you know is difficult or dangerous
Mary Anne Radmacher once said, “Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says I’ll try again tomorrow.”
When you are given something from someone, never insult that person by making negative comments about the gift or by insinuating that it wasn’t appreciated. No matter how big or small or how valuable the gift is one should always say thank you and show gratitude.
The lost and found already has several items in it. It is only going to grow as winter approaches. If you are missing items please stop by the lost and found and claim the items that are yours.
November is the month of Thankfulness. This month we will be giving everyone something to think about and be thankful for things that are usually just taken for granted. Today, spend a little time thinking about - What’s something in gym class you’re thankful for?
