Grant Funds Announced
Huron City School district has received the yearly applications for federally funded grant programs, including Title I, Title II, Title IV, Title V, Early Childhood Special Education and IDEA-B. The new projects could begin as early as July 1, 2017. IDEA-B money is earmarked for programs for students with disabilities under the guidelines of the Ohio Department of Education, subject to approval by the Office of Exceptional Children.
Anyone who wishes to receive information or offer suggestions regarding the application should attend the meeting scheduled for August 15, 2017 at 7:15 AM at the Huron City School Board of Education Conference Room.
