1. Are you interested in helping your school, your community, and your world? Then you should join Interact. Interact is a group of people who meet once a month to carry out international and community service projects. Interact gives its members opportunities to participate in fun, meaningful service projects that will benefit people around the world. Interact is a great way to gain service hours, build leadership skills, and strengthen friendships. For more information on Interact or the application form for Interact, stop by the office.

2. Tuesday – Mrs. Aber would like to see the NJHS officers during studyhall today.

3. Wednesday - Attention all 8th grade students interested in cross country for next year. Coach Blevins and Coach Lowery will be holding a brief informational meeting during study hall on Wednesday. Please report to your study hall teacher quickly for attendance and make your way down to the auditorium. If you have a cell phone, Coach Blevins would like you to bring it with you. The meeting will start promptly at 2:15 p.m.

4. Thursday - Any seventh grade boy or girl interested in running cross country next year should meet Mrs. LaCrosse in the auditorium on Thursday during their Channel One time.

5. Friday - On Friday, May 8th, Coach Folger will be here to talk to seventh graders interested in playing football next year. The meeting will be held during channel 1. Please be listening for the announcement to report to the auditorium.

6. Saturday - The Huron Library's Cutthroat Cupcake Challenge will be held on Saturday, May 9th, at 2 PM. Sign up today!

7. Monday, May 11 - From the library: All student library materials are due for inventory purposes from both seventh and eighth grade students next Monday, May 11th, during your library period. If you have questions about your library account, please see Mrs. Gundlach.

8. Monday, May 11 - Charging will not be permitted in the cafeteria beginning Monday, May 11th.
